Tyora LLC, the developer of Solukla (“Solukla,” “we,” or “us”), values your privacy, security, and data protection. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please read this policy carefully before using Solukla. 1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
We collect minimal information you directly provide when using our app. This includes your name (for personalized greeting messages), mood entries (your selected mood, activities, and optional notes), and breathing exercise preferences. All user data is stored locally on your device only. No data is transmitted to our servers or any third parties.
1.2 Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect the following types of information: location data (GPS, IP-based location), device identifiers (IMEI, Android ID, IDFA), usage statistics or analytics data, contact list or phone directory, photos, media files or documents, browsing history, financial information or payment data, and biometric data.
1.3 Automatically Collected Information
Our app does not automatically collect any data. The app functions entirely offline and does not require an internet connection for core features.
1.4 Third-Party Services
Solukla does not currently integrate with any third-party services, including analytics providers (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics), advertising networks (AdMob, Facebook Ads), social media SDKs, crash reporting tools, and push notification services.
2. How We Use Your Information
2.1 Purposes We Use Your Data For
The limited data we collect is used solely for: recording and displaying your daily mood entries, tracking your mood history and streaks, providing mood distribution statistics and insights, guiding breathing exercises based on your preferences, addressing you by name for a personalized experience, and remembering your app preferences.
2.2 Purposes We Do NOT Use Your Data For
We do not use your data for: targeted advertising, user profiling or behavioral analysis, marketing purposes or sharing with third parties, data mining or machine learning training, and sale of personal information.
3. Data Storage and Security
3.1 Storage Method
All user data is stored exclusively in your device’s local storage (SharedPreferences/UserDefaults). Your data is never transmitted to any external server, is not backed up to cloud services by our app, is encrypted by your device’s operating system, and is accessible only by the Solukla application.
3.2 Data Retention
Your data remains on your device until one of the following occurs: you uninstall the application from your device, you manually clear the app’s data in your device settings, you use the in-app “Reset Data” feature, or you perform a factory reset on your device.
3.3 Security Measures
Since your data is not stored on our servers, there is no risk of data breach from our end. Your data is protected by local storage only (data never leaves your device), Android/iOS application sandboxing, and device-level encryption.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties. This includes advertising networks and marketing companies, data analytics providers, social media platforms, business partners or affiliates, and data brokers. Since your data is stored locally on your device only, we do not have access to any user data that could be shared, even in response to legal requests.
5. Children’s Privacy
5.1 Age Restriction
Solukla is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. This policy complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other international child privacy regulations.
5.2 Information for Parents and Guardians
Important information for parents and legal guardians: children under 13 should use the app only under parental supervision, our app does not require account creation, no age verification is performed, and content is suitable for general audiences but written from an adult perspective.
5.3 If Child Data is Detected
If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the parent or guardian, and we will implement measures to prevent similar occurrences.
5.4 Parental Rights
Parents and legal guardians have the right to: review information collected from their children, request deletion of their children’s information, refuse future data collection, and contact us regarding these matters.
5.5 Safe Digital Environment
We are committed to providing a safe digital environment: no advertisements are displayed in the app, no in-app purchases or monetization features, no social interaction or messaging features, no user-to-user communication is possible, and no location tracking.
5.6 International Child Privacy Standards
Our app is designed in compliance with: COPPA (USA) – Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, GDPR-K (EU) – General Data Protection Regulation provisions for children, KVKK (Turkey) – Personal Data Protection Law, and AADC (UK) – Age Appropriate Design Code.

6.1 GDPR Rights (EU Users)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights: right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”), right to restrict processing, right to data portability, and right to object.
6.2 KVKK Rights (Turkey Users)
Under Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data: right to learn whether your personal data is processed, right to request information about processing, right to learn the purpose of processing, right to request correction if incomplete or incorrect, and right to request deletion or destruction.
6.3 CCPA Rights (California Users)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act: right to know what personal information is collected, right to know if personal information is sold or disclosed, right to opt-out of sale of personal information, and right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
6.4 How to Exercise Your Rights
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can exercise your rights directly. Android: Settings – Apps – Solukla – Storage – Clear Data. iOS: Settings – General – iPhone Storage – Solukla – Delete App. You can also use the in-app “Reset Data” feature found in the Profile section to delete all your mood entries and personal data.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Solukla is a mobile application and does not use: HTTP cookies, pixel tags or web beacons, third-party tracking SDKs, cross-device tracking, or advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID).
8. International Data Transfer
All user data is stored exclusively on the user’s own device. Therefore: no cross-border data transfer occurs, data is not processed on servers in different countries, no central server infrastructure is used, and no internet connection is required for core functionality.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. When changes occur: the updated policy will be published on this page, the “Date of Last Revision” at the top will be updated, significant changes will be communicated through an in-app notification, and continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

Solukla is designed as a personal wellness and mood tracking tool. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Mood tracking data and breathing exercises are for personal well-being purposes only. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
10.2 Data Sensitivity
We recognize that mood and emotional data is sensitive personal information. This is why all such data is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted, analyzed, or accessed by us or any third party.
